Delete your MoProPrep account

This page is for the MoProPrep app (developer: MoProPrep). You can delete your account and its data at any time.

Option 1: in the app

1. Open the MoProPrep app and sign in.
2. Open Profile (menu → Profile).
3. Tap Delete my account, confirm, and send the request.

Option 2: without the app

Email sachhitohain@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my MoProPrep account".

What is deleted

Within 7 days we permanently delete your profile (name, email, mobile number), your progress, answers, scores, bookmarks, notes and highlights, live-test attempts and ranks, and your chat messages. Any paid access ends and cannot be restored.

What is kept

Purchase and invoice records (plan, amount, payment ID, and the delivery address for printed copies) are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires (up to 8 years) and then deleted.
