Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information MoProPrep ("we") collects when you use the MoProPrep website or Android app, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can delete it. MoProPrep is run by the MoProPrep team in India.
1. Information we collect

We do not collect your contacts, photos, location, or card / UPI / bank details. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we receive only the payment result.
2. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that run MoProPrep for us:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, Hosting, Cloud Functions): stores your account and study data.
- Razorpay: processes payments made on moproprep.in.
- AI service provider: receives chat messages sent to Dr. Zoya, with study statistics needed to answer, to generate a reply.
- Courier partner: name, address and phone for printed-copy orders only.
Your display name and score can appear on test leaderboards visible to other students. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
3. Security and storage
All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Data is stored on Google Cloud servers. Only you and the MoProPrep admin team can access your account data.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, progress, test attempts and messages within 7 days. Purchase and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires (up to 8 years), then deleted.
5. Deleting your account
In the Android app: Profile → Delete my account. Or email sachhitohain@gmail.com from the email address on your account.
6. Your choices
You can see and correct your profile in the app, ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by writing to sachhitohain@gmail.com.
7. Children
MoProPrep is meant for medical graduates preparing for medical-officer exams. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
