Online plans and add-ons

Paid plans (Complete Access), the Rank Booster notes and the Test Series give digital access that starts as soon as payment succeeds. Because the content is available immediately, these purchases are non-refundable once access has been given, except in the cases below.

Payment problems

If you were charged but did not get access, or were charged twice, email sachhitohain@gmail.com with your payment ID. We give you the access or refund the extra charge within 7 working days, back to the original payment method.

Printed copies

A printed-copy order can be cancelled for a full refund of the printed part before it is dispatched. If your copy arrives damaged or wrong, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement free of charge. Online access bought with the printed copy follows the rules for online plans above.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show them.
